Real UFO discovered in the Travolta movie "Phenomenon"

How about THIS?!  A real UFO unwittingly made its way into one of the best Hollywood films of the 1990s, Phenomenon.

If you're unfamiliar with the film, John Travolta's character has a UFO encounter that leaves him inexplicably brilliant.  In other words, the experience opens up real human potential inside him that we all have to some degree or another.

But lo and behold, an actual UFO...maybe two (looks like another pops in and out a little lower and to the left)...made it into the released version of the film.  I'm going to be buying a used DVD for my collection now, for sure!

Watch this amazing video, then spread the word!

  3. It's not a freaking humming bird. Seriously? Was that worth the energy you used to type it?

Dear God, could you please send someone with a legitimate comment? Someone who has something to add to the conversation? Someone who's not a troll?

  4. I highly doubt that's a UFO.
Maybe it's an easter egg put in by the creators, or maybe it's dust/light.

I actually do believe in aliens and I've seen what I believe is a UFO twice in my life now, but that's a UFO movie and the more likely explanation is that it was intentionally done.

  5. That's pretty damn cool, I'd have to say. I'd like to know where the sun was in relation to the camera, just to rule out sun glare off of bugs, as I'm sure some genius will promote sooner or later. If this exists on the original raw film, that'd be interesting. It seems a bit precious to be authentic, tho. Like, it's pretty perfect for a UFO to make a cameo in that movie.

Either way, if you want to know, try to track down the filmmaker and send them a request to have an independent expert check the film out, maybe. Dunno how likely they would be to even acknowledge you, but at least you'd get an A for effort.

    Good eye!
