Police work IS crime

The cops are blaming everyone but themselves for what happened in NYC this weekend - even saying anti-police protesters and the mayor of New York have blood on their hands. But it's the COPS THEMSELVES who have their own blood on their hands.

Look, revenge killings are childish, unproductive and stupid. Killing a cop who ISN'T the cop who killed Eric Garner is even dumber.

But the fact remains that no human has the right to take another human's life. Period. Wearing a magic costume and brandishing a magic badge does not give the bearer some magic right to use force or coercion against another human. We are all born free, and humans only PRETEND to have special "authority" over others. They don't. They never have. They never will. I don't care what special semantic tricks you've been fed, murder of a human being except in self defense is not and will never be morally justifiable. Ever. No matter what you're wearing or who told you you could.

In almost every interaction between a citizen and a cop, it is the citizen who is the victim and the cop who is the criminal. It is the cop who uses coercion under threat of force to extort money from citizens on behalf of the state. It is the cop who kidnaps free people and holds them against their will. It is the cop who beats and injures a person for resisting being kidnapped, then charges their VICTIM with a crime. The entire situation is backwards and it's time humans look at it for what it is.

Police work IS crime. Almost every time.

And it is the criminal use of force and coercion against free humans that has created this blowback. It is sad, but it is also predictable. If they don't like it, they should 1) Stop killing innocent people, 2) Stop defending each other with silence...and 3) Quit their jobs because police work is immoral on its face.

Kansas Senator Jerry Moran chooses corporations over constituents

Last week I discovered my disgusting asshat of a congressional representative Mike Pompeo was sponsoring a bill at the federal level designed to squash the efforts in 24 individual states to force food companies to label foods with GMOs.  Of course, I immediately wrote my Kansas senators encouraging them to stand against this bill.

Below is the response I received from Senator Jerry Moran, who I've viewed until recently as the "good guy" in the Kansas congressional delegation.  It would seem that Senator Moran is more interested in representing the interests of the giant corporations over my natural right to know what's in the food they're creating for me to buy.  Not such a good guy, after all.  But what did I expect?  I already knew no candidate actually wins an election for a federal office without being in the pocket of banks and corporations.  I guess I need to release my grip on the last shred of hope I held that there are still secretly some decent people in Washington, D.C.

Ol' Jerry, in the tried and true style of political subterfuge, assured me that the United States has the safest food supply in the world (so, like, why try to make it safer?) and that the FDA makes sure nothing harmful ever touches the market.  Maybe he should tell that to the victims of all the dangerous drugs that made Big Pharma millions before being pulled.  Never mind that GMOs haven't been in the food supply long enough to determine the long term effects.  Never mind that no system is in place to link the possible (nay, probable) harmful effects of GMOs in the food supply to the food themselves - exactly BECAUSE there's no tracking of what foods do and do not contain GMOs!

I think I'll write Senator Moran back to let him know where his reasoning fails and explain to him that I'm not one of these American sheeple who will accept a politicians pat answer and just move along.

So, moral of the story is that Jerry Moran, like Pat Roberts, Mike Pompeo and the rest of the good ol' boys from Kansas on Capitol Hill, is not a good guy.

The United States has the safest food supply in the world.  It is in our country's best interest to continue to protect the integrity of food production.   I appreciate knowing your views on labeling genetically engineered food . Under federal law, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) must determine whether genetically engineered plants and animals are safe for human consumption before the products  can be marketed.  The FDA, in conjunction with the United States Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency , review the science and safety of all  genetically modified organisms (GMO's) intended for human consumption.   There is currently no scientific consensus or evidence indicating that GMO's are harmful for human consumption.  By the year 2050, the planet's population is expected to reach well over 9 billion.  We must develop technologies and prepare for  population growth if we are to avoid world hunger.  I will continue to monitor the science behind GMO's.  I am grateful for the opportunity Kansans have given me to serve them in the United States Senate.    If you are interested in learning more about my efforts on your behalf, I encourage you to visit moran.senate.gov.    Please let me know if I can be of service to you or your family in the future.

Geoengineering is Destroying the Ozone Layer

Off The Chart UV Levels Not Being Disclosed

We have known for some time that the UV levels were getting rapidly worse due to the ongoing atmospheric spraying. Anyone that is even slightly awake and aware has noticed that the sun feels incredibly intense on the skin. Most varieties of plant life are showing at least some signs of stress in most areas. In many regions, whole forests are in steep decline. And it's getting worse by the day.

Although extreme drought and toxic rains (due in large part to the heavy metal fallout from geoengineering) are taking their toll, recent metering of UV levels in Northern California indicate that there is an element in this die off that is far worse than we had realized, an incomprehensibly high level of UV radiation.

With the assistance of a very generous and conscientious individual, geoengineeringwatch.org purchased top-of-the-line UV metering equipment which was put in the hands of a 40-year environmental metering veteran, with 20 years government experience and 20 years as a private consultant. Our findings are far beyond shocking.

From a recent science study on excessive UV:

We are told UV-B is only a minor component of the total solar radiation, we now know this could not be further from the truth. Our recent metering reflects an exponential rise in UVB radiation. Due to its high energy, its potential for causing biological damage to plants, animals, and humans is exceptionally high and even small increases could lead to significant biological damage. There are numerous peer reviewed studies which verify this fact.



The Results

According to agencies like WHO, (World Heath Organizatin) and a long list of other recognized government sources of UV information like NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), no more than 5% of the total UV reaching the surface of Earth should be UVB. The other 95% should be UVA.

These agencies go on to state that UVC should be ZERO.

What has our testing shown?

UVB - the most lethal form of UV radiation - has now escalated to almost 70% of the total UV reaching the surface of our planet. At least this is the case in Northern California. (This can only mean that total Ultra-Violate exposure has also escalated sharply, making overall UVB levels worse still.)

In addition, our testing has consistently shown significant levels of UVC which used to be filtered out by the ozone layer, some 100,000 feet up in our atmosphere.

Not any more.

UV is measured in spectral bandwidths. The higher the bandwidth, the more benign the UV; lower bandwidths are more lethal.



Current testing reveals that almost 70% of incoming UV radiation is currently in the UVB and UVC range. (Not 5% or less, as we are being told by all major agencies and their media mouthpieces).

This translates into nearly a 1,400% increase in UVB as a percentage of total UV. If UVA has also gone up due to the same ozone destruction which has driven up the UVB, this would indicate a likelihood that the total UVB and UVC is higher still - not just a difference of ratio with the same overall number.

What are the known negative effects of excessive UV exposure to plant life?

The Proof On The Ground









In the forests of Northern California, bark is literally being scorched from trees. On many specimens, only a thin strip of bark remains on the shaded side of the tree. Foliage is being scorched with many trees having only a fraction of their normal leaf cover. Many native species of plants are not even sprouting any more. The organisms that do still manage to grow appear miniaturized in some cases.

What are just some of the results of excessive UV exposure to plants?
Can stop sprouting of seeds, • Stunts growth, • Limb die off, • Reduced foliage, • DNA damage, • Changes nutrient distribution, • Mutatins, • Effects photosynthesis • Greatly increased mortality
SOME known effects of excessive UV exposure to aquatic life:
All aquatic life is particularly vulnerable to high UV levels.
Phytoplankton accounts for some 30% of the worlds' intake of animal protein. Phytoplankton and the microorganisms they consume are killed by excessive UV levels. (Global plankton populations have already been reduced by 40% to 50%. Much of the die off is likely due to increased UV radiation.)
Less plankton = less carbon-dioxide absorption.
Less plankton = less oxygen production. (Atmospheric oxygen content around the globe declining rapidly)
Less plankton = less fish. Period.

Bottom line: A crashing plankton population effects the entire food chain and all life on earth.

Excess UV kills coral reefs. So do waters warmed and made acidic by CO2 fallout. (Reefs are the nurseries of many crucial aquatic species and are in sharp decline around the globe.)

Geoengineering Aerosols Destroy The Ozone Layer

This is not speculation, it is fact. There is a mountain of science data that confirms the ozone decimating effect of sunlight-reflecting particulates in the upper atmosphere. As geoengineering climate modeler Ken Caldeira warned after crunching the numbers for Dr. Edward Teller's aerosol “sunscreen”, the resulting rapid cooling of the stratosphere causes the formation of huge ice clouds that attract and concentrate ozone-destroying chemicals.

In addition, high nitrogen oxide emissions from fleets of aerosol-spreading jet tanker aircraft - and more than 93,000 daily airline flights - directly attack Earth's protective ozone layer.



Though many of these "science studies" do not admit geoengineering is already going on, this fact is not hard to confirm for any that do even the slightest investigation.

At A Crossroad

The gravity of our collective crisis cannot be overstated. Current UV metering makes clear we are now being exposed to dangerously high levels of UV radiation, specifically UVB and UVC.

The metering performed in Northern California, on which this statement is based, was done by a pair of identical state-of-the-art, brand-new, science-grade meters guaranteed to be scientifically calibrated to a range within 4%. As stated earlier in this article, the tech who did this metering is a 40- year veteran in environmental measurement and interpretation.

Here in Northern California, we are already seeing frighteningly visible damage to foliage, trees, and plants. The ramifications of extremely high UV levels to all life forms – including us – are grave. As the die-off of other species go, so will we. GEOENGINEERING WOULD DESTROY THE OZONE LAYER

A Geo-engineering conference was held in Canberra this week see here. ‘Geo-engineering’ is taking radical steps to dramatically and rapidly cool the planet. One of the ideas being discussed at the conference is to fire sulfa particles into the atmosphere, one professor has spoken out about this:

Professor David Karoly, of the University of Melbourne’s School of Earth Sciences, says another ‘pie in the sky’ solution is to shoot sulfur particles in the atmosphere to shield the earth from the sun.

He says that would destroy the ozone layer.

“Ozone depletion would cause more UV radiation which would cause skin cancers – killing people,” he said.

“We know the mechanism for this, because it’s the process that affects the Antarctic ozone hole.”

My two cents on the prohibition of guns

I just unsubscribed from the boldprogressives.org mailing list.  Why?  Because I received a message from them asking me to join their push to pressure lawmakers to pass "common-sense gun legislation".  That's a fancy way of saying "make it harder for people to get guns that can kill other people".

Although I lean progressive, I'm also for increased freedom.  That means I'm opposed to less freedom.

I want everyone to have the freedom to do whatever they choose so long as it doesn't violate someone else.  Owning a gun - any kind of gun - violates no one in and of itself.  It's how the gun is used that carries that potential.  I was under the impression murder is already illegal. Prohibition is by definition the restriction of freedom.  I'm not down with that.

Listen, unlike many of my friends, I don't dig guns.  I don't own one, and I rarely fire one.  I'm a dude who believes that if you want peace you must be peaceful.  But I'm not going to join anyone in the push to keep other people from a freedom so important the founders of the American nation saw only freedom of expression as more important within the Bill of Rights.

Are you aware that a man in China attacked a bunch of school children with a knife the day before the Connecticut shooting?  People in America are "up in arms" over guns.  Kind of ironic, huh?  They want to ban this gun or that gun.  Hell, what if they were successful in banning ALL guns?!  Would they try to outlaw cutlery next?  That's just ridiculous.  People need it to cook.  Even if they did, the darkness in human hearts is what kills people.  Not weapons.  Weapons are just tools.  Take one away, another can easily be chosen.  Easily.

Besides, when has prohibition of anything ever worked?  How's that working for pot smokers?  How did that work with booze in the '20s?  We got the gang wars.  Prohibition of drugs today fuels the same thing, just making a few people rich off the danger.  The danger that is created by prohibition!  The danger that would be eliminated by ending prohibition.

Also, it is my spiritual belief that we are all born sovereign beings.  You do not have the right to remove choices from other sovereign beings, much in the same way our country does not have the right to dictate what another sovereign nation can or cannot do.  Yet, we operate as if we do.

Obviously there has been a noticeable surge in incidents of gun violence.  It's an understandable knee-jerk reaction to think we should restrict access to guns to keep these things from happening.  I just don't think less freedom is going to make us safer, and I believe there's evidence to show that any time society tries to restrict something it simply adds to the danger attached to whatever it is.  It makes me sad to see good people caught up in the furor over guns.  Guns didn't kill the those poor kids in Connecticut.  Adam Lanza did.  At least that's what we've been told.  We've also been told he killed himself.  If his mission was suicide, he could have made a home made bomb and accomplished the same thing.  He could have slit their throats with a cook's knife before jumping off a bridge.

Outlawing guns will never keep guns away from killers any more than the Drug War has kept pot away from college students.  It will just make them more expensive, and more dangerous - while making every one of us just a little less free to make our own choices.

The Power of NO

We've got judges telling us we don't have the right to choose what we eat, a secret panel of "senior government officials" can now put any American on a kill list for the CIA to take out, California is giving cops the right to search through your cell phone, and the federal government is superceding 15-year-old state laws and warning all medical marijuana dispensaries in California to shut down or else. Christ, they're even raiding kids' lemonade stands!

It's like they want us to rise up.  At a time when Americans are coming together to voice their anger to power like they haven't since the Vietnam Era, that very power is escalating the assault on freedom at the core of many Americans' discontent.  It's either idiocy on the part of government or a planned maneuver.  Whether the intent is to tamp down an uprising out of fear of further crackdowns or the fomentation of full on revolution so they have an excuse to impose martial law is unknown.

This is no longer America.  It's not the America we grew up with.  It's not the America we were promised as children.  It's not the America we want our children to inherit.  So you can bet your ass We the People are going to do something about it!

It's time we harness the power of NO!  No more.  There are a whole lot more of us than there are of them, and it's time we stop bending to their will and start asserting ours.  It's time to say NO to the erosion of personal freedom.  It's time the citizens united against Citizens United and say NO to corporate personhood.  It's time to say NO to the Federal Reserve.  It's time to say NO to corporate money in politics.  It's time to say NO to expanding executive power and the death of due process. 

Where, When, and How
This is our moment, my sisters and brothers.  This moment.  This movement.  It's time to Occupy Together and find our common ground.  We don't all agree on everything, but we agre on enough to demand and FORCE radical change in America and the around the globe.  The corporations that run this show are multi-national, so it's time to make this protest movement global by making it happen EVERYWHERE.

I think it's important to admonish everyone to remember we have to be UNITED if we truly want to see real change from this growing movement.  Look, you're not going to agree with everything everyone else in this movement wants.  They're not going to agree with everything you want.  We have to have to HAVE TO find - and hold - the common ground!  It's the ONLY way to accomplish anything.  If we waste time focusing on what we don't agree on, we'll be divided and conquered by the powerful vested interests who are truly becoming frightened by the surge in passion and anger.

Cincinnati Police seize cameras at public meeting

Normally, I would leave it up to Adam Kokesh to inform you about this sort of police state activity.  But as he's been temporarily shut down, I'm going to make whatever noise I can.  Nature abhors a vacuum. 

Monday night in Cincinnati, two activists had their cameras seized by a police officer at the request of staff for Congressman Steve Chabot.  The meeting was a public town hall type event, held in a public building. 

Now, there were apparently signs posted saying cameras were not allowed.  The congressman's spokesperson claimed they ordered the seizure “to protect the privacy of constituents”.  But this is allegedly The Free World, and that's not good enough.  If a public representative holds a public meeting in a public building, it's public!  There is no right or guarantee of privacy in such a setting, nor should there be!  Perhaps the consituents of Cincinnati AND their representatives should all go look up the word "public"!

So, what's the big deal?  The two activists were given back their cameras after the event.  No harm, no foul, right?

Wrong.  The "big deal" is this sort of occurrance is symptomatic of a growing problem in the alleged Land of the Free.  Report after report surfaces of police seizing cameras, whether it's because they don't want some act of their own to be visible to the public at large or because they've been told to do it by the hired staff of an elected official who isn't even their boss, it is not the roll of law enforcement to forcibly take footage or video capturing devices! 

Our society really needs to ask itself why it values secrecy so much.  Who does it really protect?  What's the harm in as many people knowing the truth about a particular event as possible?  Secrecy is the enemy of freedom.  We The People need to demand those hired or elected to serve us stop pretending seizure of cameras and footage is a legitimate use of power.  We must nip this trend in the bud, so to speak, before it blossoms into a full on clamp down on the spread of information!
